Went to our room to order room service and was told the only thing we could was on their menu. No one knew, how hard a question is this, then someone said they thought so. Went to the restaurant downstairs to make sure we could get their food for room service as the room service menu was VERY limited. Couldn't get the internet, no one had time to help because they were short staffed both nights. Stayed in the Parlor Suite, a little pricey for location, supposed to be the nicest room, but a little on the worn side. Advertised room service, we got there on a Thursday and were told special menu, no room service, so we had to go down to the restaurant and get our food and bring it up to our room. From the minute you checked in, they acted like they could care less.
