White Day is a remake of an older Korean horror game, in which you’re stuck in a school overnight, pursued by murderous janitors and haunted by various spirits of the damned who died in the building over the years. It has a bunch of cool puzzles and some excellent scary moments, and takes a couple of hours to play through so again it’s one you could play in its entirety on Halloween.Īnother horror game about a creepy location is White Day: A Labyrinth Named School, from SONNORI Corp and PQube. Again, it’s not the most polished of titles, but I found this one especially creepy, and it does some really interesting things with its subject matter that I especially liked. Speaking of slightly rough games, we also have Inmates from Davit Andreasyan and Iceberg Interactive.
